About the event
This is an in-person guided meditation and sound bath session given at Meta 1111 yoga studio in Montreal.
YOUR FACILITATOR
Samara Garfinkle holds a Master of Music in classical vocal performance from the University of Ottawa, and a certificate in Sound Healing and Therapy from the Dorian Centre of the Healing Arts. In the context of her sound baths, she enjoys providing her participants with a transportative and rejuvenating experience through a creative synthesis of complementary therapies, mindfulness, mysticism, music, and storytelling.
COST: $35 per session, payable by e-transfer to mail@samaragarfinkle.com, or in cash at the door (only if there is space available).
