This is an in-person guided meditation and sound bath session given at Meta 1111 yoga studio in Montreal. THEME: Chakra Vocal Toning & Sound Bath;
Allow sound to ground & guide you
back to a state of ease & equilibrium.
This upcoming sound therapy workshop will combine active and passive techniques of chant, chakra vocal toning, sound bath, and meditation. Beginner-friendly: No previous vocal training or skill is required to participate.
